CES 2023 with AMD, NVIDIA and Intel
As usual, the new year starts busy for PC hardware enthusiast. The main focus, as always will be on the laptop market with new CPUs and GPUs being introduced weeks before they hit the stores. Here is a short overview when each company is expected to make formal announcements of their new products.
NVIDIA Virtual Special Address: January 3rd, 2023, 8:00 AM PT
NVIDIA will have a virtual “Special Address” meaning it will not be livestreamed but rebroadcasted and not an in-person event. The last year’s CES event did not feature CEO Jensen Huang and given that not a word was spilled on who is going to host the 2023 Address, it is very likely not Jensen Huang.
At CES 2023, NVIDIA is to announce two products: GeForce 40 for laptops and GeForce RTX 4070 Ti for desktops. According to preliminary information, the RTX 4070 Ti will launch on January 5th, so 2 days after the event.

AMD CEO Dr. Lisa Su Opening Keynote: January 4th, 2023, 6:30 PM PT
The CES 2023 opening keynote will be hosted by AMD CEO Dr. Lisa Su, who is expected to introduce brand new Ryzen 7000 non-X desktop series, Ryzen 7000 for gaming laptops and possibly RDNA3 mobile graphics. Unlike the NVIDIA event, this conference will be in-person and it will also be livestreamed according to AMD.
INTEL at CES 2023
Thus far Intel did not confirm any press event for CES 2023, and that’s despite a relatively busy schedule. The company is set to introduce 13th Gen Core non-K desktop CPU series and 13th Gen Core HX/HK/H laptop series. Furthermore, Intel should also reveal the pricing and release date for Core i9-13900KS flagship Raptor Lake-S CPU with 6 GHz clock.
Intel confirms its presence at CES 2023, but there is no information about any press conference or live stream. It seems the new information will only come from the press who were invited for private demos and signed NDA.
